This month we will explore the forests and riparian corridor found along the B&O Trail north of Bellville! Migratory birds like warblers and vireos are expected! We will meet at the East Ogle Street Parking Lot located at 40°37’19.8″N 82°30’27.5″W, E Ogle St, Bellville. Restrooms will be available and the entire walk will last 1½ – 2 hours. This month we will explore the hemlock ravines and meadows found at Fleming Falls Preserve! Summer birds like hummingbirds and vireos are expected! We will meet at the visitor parking lot, located at 2294 Fleming Falls Rd, Mansfield. Restrooms will be available and the entire walk will last 1½ hours. Join us for the Evening Bird Walk on Thursday, June 19th, at 7:30 PM at the Hemlock Falls Preserve! This guided walk will take us through the mature forests and cliffsides of the preserve, where we can expect to see nesting birds such as warblers and thrushes. We will gather at the trailhead parking located at 5360 Bunkerhill North Rd, Butler. Please note that restrooms will not be available, and the walk will last approximately 1½ to 2 hours.
