Celebrate our nation’s 250th birthday with Naturalist Hannah on a lively, laid‑back hike around the farm. We’ll trek a festive 1.776 miles (give or take) in honor of 1776, chatting along the way about the surprising ways America’s history, conservation, and our beloved parks all intertwine.
Ready to join the adventure? Give the office a quick call at 419‑892‑2784 to save your spot. We’ll meet at the Visitors Center before heading out. Dress for the weather and get ready for a good time outdoors!

Owl Prowl

Need something to do Thursday night? Then come join us for an 🦉Owl Prowl!🦉 at Gorman Nature Center, August 13th, at 9:00 pm. We’ll meet in the Gorman Nature Center, located at 2295 Lexington Ave, Mansfield, and talk about the owls we might see, then we’ll hike the trails and try to get them to respond to our best impressions of them! We may also encounter other nocturnal wildlife! Restrooms will be available and the entire walk will last 1½ – 2 hours. Hope to see you there! Please call 419-884-3764 with questions.
