Mansfield’s next chapter is taking shape, and the community is invited to celebrate. A WestingHOUSE Party brings live music, food, family-friendly activities, sports experiences, and fireworks together for a full day of connection and community pride at the former Westinghouse site. This celebration marks the cleanup of the property and invites everyone to help write what comes next. It is a story in the making and yours to transform.
For more than three decades, the former Westinghouse property stood quiet along East Fifth Street. After years of coordinated work led by the Richland County Land Bank, the site has been cleared and prepared, opening the door to one of the region’s most unique redevelopment opportunities. This milestone honors the history of the site and the generations who helped build Mansfield, while keeping the focus firmly on the future ahead.
Hosted by the Richland County Land Bank in partnership with the Leadership Unlimited Class of 2026 and local leaders, A WestingHOUSE Party reflects the collaboration that made this progress possible. This family-friendly community celebration recognizes progress you can see and brings families, neighbors, businesses, and organizations together to mark a meaningful moment for Mansfield.
Join us Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 200 West 5th Street in Mansfield for a full day of celebration and community connection. Activities and entertainment will take place throughout the day, with fireworks closing out the evening.
