10-11am Nature Center Open – Stop by the Nature Center to learn about pollinators.
12-1pm Family Cornhole – Bring your family to the cornhole boards by Area F for some family fun. Bean bags will be provided.
2-3pm Bee Kid’s Craft – Join us in the Welcome Center to turn tree cookies into honeybees.
4-8pm Market in the Park – Visit the vendors at the top of Beach Hill for Market in the Park! Enjoy food trucks and vendors!

Our Day Camps for Kids are designed for kids to explore a fun and exciting topic, while enjoying nature at Charles Mill Lake Park! Each camp runs from 10am to 3pm with a unique theme and plenty of activities. Cost includes gate admission, instruction, equipment, snacks, and an unforgettable camp experience!
July 15 – Messy Play Day Camp for ages 5-10 Dress for a mess and a day of fun with slime, sand, rocks, handprints, paint, tie dye, and other messy activities!
July 29 – Campfire Cooking Day Camp for ages 8-14 Discover a variety of food prep options, including pie irons, foil, sticks, and dutch oven cooking.
