FOR NEW AND EMERGING LEADERS – Jump start your success and effectiveness in your new leadership role in this engaging and interactive multi-session program. It provides an introduction to leadership for individuals transitioning into leadership, management, or supervisory roles. This program is also valuable as a prerequisite for individuals who show interest in, or potential to, move into such roles. Participants are exposed to a number of leadership skills critical to individual, team, and organization success through classroom instruction, interactive discussion with classmates, and hands-on activities, all facilitated by a seasoned business leadership coach and advisor. Participants leave with increased awareness and understanding of the responsibilities in their new role and are prepared to begin to apply them in the workplace.

Part 2: Leadership In The Trenches

Accelerate your leadership development in Leadership in the Trenches (prerequisite: Leadership Bootcamp). Continue to hone your leadership skills in this advanced-level course. Picking up where the Leadership Bootcamp leaves off, this program introduces a more strategic approach to leadership, the type of leadership that is necessary for mid-level and senior leaders to succeed and thrive in a modern, complex working world. Through hands-on, immersive activities, participants are exposed to a number of thought-provoking topics that allow them to shift their leadership style from tactical and reactionary to strategic and visionary.
